Welcome to Bridgeway HR Newsletter! Our goal is to bring our diverse group of companies closer together by sharing the best HR practices, policies, and success stories through this quarterly newsletter.
With over 10,000 employees working across our various units, we understand the importance of strong HR processes and practices in strengthening our units and the overall group. Through this newsletter, we want to provide valuable insights into the HR initiatives that have been successful within our organization.

On August 13, 2024, the Bridgeway family came together at Le Méridien, Kochi, to celebrate the much-anticipated Annual Bridgeway Conference 2024 (ABC '24). This remarkable event served as a platform for our leaders to connect, reflect, and grow collectively.

The Well-Done Card is a form of spot recognition highlighting an employee's performance and attitude. With the help of the Well-Done Card, we acknowledged the organization's best cultural moment. A well-done card can be recommended to coworkers or team members by any employee in the organization. The head of the concerned department checks and approves the well-done cards. Bridgeway Motors, Bridgeway Medical System, Peevees Public School, and Bridgeway NRGY have implemented the well-done card system in our group. contributes to a motivated and engaged workforce, ultimately driving the company towards goals and objectives.

Star of the Month Award Boosting Organization Top Talent. The winner is selected based on the performance of that particular month and the business’s KPIs. The Star of the Month Award helps the organization motivate the top talents.

Nutrition Week

“In celebration of National Nutrition Week, employees engaged in a fun and educational activity, creating 'Healthy Plate' and 'Unhealthy Plate' charts. Working in teams, they shared insights on the impact of balanced versus unhealthy diets, fostering awareness and teamwork. This interactive session promoted health consciousness and encouraged collaboration in a lively, informative way.".

Joining Peevees Public School as an English teacher has transformed my life in unexpected ways. With 11 years of teaching experience behind me, I stepped into this vibrant community and found a world full of wonders and opportunities for growth.
The unique mentor-mentee system here has allowed me to connect deeply with six students, nurturing their emotional well-being while guiding their academic journeys. While these six hold a special place in my heart, I believe every student deserves the same level of care and attention. I strive to foster a love for learning in all my students, treating each one as an individual with unique potential.
The supportive atmosphere in the school creates an environment where educators and students thrive together. The deep bonds formed between teachers and students cultivate a sense of trust and belonging that is palpable. Whether in the classroom or on the playground, I relish the moments spent understanding their joys and challenges.
My role as a mentor goes beyond academic instruction; it’s about guiding these children through their hopes and fears. Each success they achieve fills me with pride, while the lessons they impart enrich my own life. Bridgeway Leadership Academy



We started the Bridgeway Leadership Academy as part of our learning and development initiatives. BLA is a platform for sharing knowledge, best practices, and company success stories, among other things, to assist in the design of a positive organizational culture.
Each leader can share his/her skills, experiences, and best practices with the other leaders through the webinars, which will help us to build a strong leadership team to tackle current and future challenges, as well as a great organizational culture. .
