Online Induction Program

Calicut, India.

An online Induction program was conducted to address and welcome all new joiners to the group. The program was held at noon. There were more than 30 attendees in the meeting including from India and other countries where the group has a subsidiary company.

The meeting was organized and conducted by the Group-HR team led by the HR head, Nissamudheen Firoz. The program commenced with the HR Head giving an introduction to the meeting and introducing all the other dignitaries; the Group CEO, Jaber Abdul Wahab, and Group-administration manager, Haris Neelambra. After that, an induction video was played giving a great idea and knowledge about Bridgeway Group and showcasing how established the group is. The Group CEO then conveyed wishes and welcomed all the new members with words filled with love. Welcome speech videos from the Directors of the Group, Javed Abdul Wahab, Ajmal Abdul Wahab, and Afdhel Abdul Wahab were also played in the meeting as they couldn't attend. The session was closed on the note of receiving a few votes of thanks from the new joiners of the group.
