Celebrating 50 years of the Bridgeway Group, the group on its relentless journey of social commitments has associated with IIT Madras on the implementation of the Device Engineering Labs (DEL) program. On 30th March '24, a way was paved for this collaboration with the Group CEO, Jaber Abdul Wahab attending the 'Teach in 10' - school students teaching videos portal launch that happened at Chennai. This initiative of the Group will be made into a reality with the program being instilled in two schools of the Group; IGMMR School, Nilambur, and Buds School, Nilambur serving the underprivileged community.

The initiative aims to promote a concept of practical learning among the students helping them improve their critical thinking and master the concept of daily and industry-based applications.

The DEL program by 'Teach to Learn' is a project by IIT Madras that works solely for the betterment of tribal and rural communities. DEL are physical labs that are set up in rural schools providing hands-on learning with STEM concepts using the devices that are everyday used and seen around us. The program is a 3-year curriculum designed by the IIT Madras catering to the students of classes 8 to 12. The principal objective of the project is to create junior engineers for the future and hence lend a hand in a better tomorrow
